A Binding Truth Experience
50 years after high school, classmates Jimmie and De Kirkpatrick reconnect after a shocking discovery changes their lives. Their journey of painful truths, secrets revealed, and the discovery that the power of grace and compassion can heal the deep racial wounds in America is detailed in the feature documentary film, A Binding Truth. Jimmie and De have partnered with RP3 Strategies to reflect on the questions their story raises to tell the story of race and race relations in Charlotte.
The Journey
Host a public screening of the 90 minute film followed by a facilitated Q&A session with Bob, Jimmie & De.

2,500 Stories Captured
Following the murder of Keith Lamont Scott, RP3 Strategies convened communities of all types, including businesses, religious organizations, neighborhood groups, and more to document each group's unique experience with race and race relations in Charlotte. Since 2016, our team has used our patented approach to catalyze social connectedness through community conversations, exposing organizational systems, and identifying key areas to document the emerging story in the City of Charlotte.
8 hour series featuring (3) 2.5 hour sessions

Our proven Method is based on the needs and intended outcomes where we propose the following four elements: clear story, causal mapping, action plan and facilitation.

BCubeTM / Team Dynamics
BcubeTM is a premiere experiential, team dynamics, tabletop tool, which has been used by business leaders on four continents. Researchers have shown it to be effective in teaching collaboration as a vital problem-solving skill.
RP3 offers this one of a kind, one day experiential emersion using the courtroom as a metaphor for constructive conversation. We work with our clients to take a topic, create a court around that topic including a prosecutor group, an innocent group, a jury concluding with a verdict. The end goal is clear; how can your organization be better and if something has been going well, how to do more of it.
